Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites that meet client requirements and industry best practices
  • Create concept pages, the scope of work documents, and time estimates
  • Create custom themes and plugins to enhance website functionality and user experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of website components
  • Optimize website performance, including page load speed and mobile responsiveness
  • Implement and customize third-party integrations
  • Perform website updates, backups, and security enhancements
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure website functionality and compatibility across different browsers and devices
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve website development processes

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a WordPress Website Designer & Developer 
  • Ability to clearly communicate with clients via Zoom, email, and Trello boards in English
  • Ability to manage junior website developers
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
  • Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

Additional Details:

  • Location: Full-time position (40 hours/week) with a long-term US-based company.
  • Off-shore applicants are encouraged to apply. Must have a good and stable internet speed bandwidth and possess their technical equipment.
  • Working Hours: 8 am - 5 pm CDT. Mon - Fri.
